Physical Examination – If relevant physical examinations like blood pressure will be conducted. Functional Testing Recommendations – Where necessary, targeted pathology or functional medicine testing may be suggested to gain deeper insights. Personalised Treatment Plan – A step-by-step plan incorporating nutritional guidance, lifestyle strategies, and evidence-based natural medicine to support your health goals. Herbal & Nutritional Medicine Recommendations – If appropriate, we may discuss practitioner-prescribed herbal formulas, nutritional supplements, or therapeutic diets to enhance your healing.
